That’s how we do our best work.

We actively look for ways to help each other succeed. We believe in having the courage to stand by our convictions and the strength of character to listen, learn and change our minds. We believe in learning ferociously. We read, watch, listen, learn and share like our lives depend on it.

We work across two offices in London and Liverpool and host regular social events across both offices. Food is culturally a big part of life at CIRCA,  you can see the entrance to Borough Market from our London office and our most recent Christmas party involved a delicious tasting menu. As a team we try to eat lunch together every day. We have a weekly All Hands every Friday, where sharing is encouraged, successes are celebrated and questions welcomed."
