Circl creates a unique learning environment by bringing together diverse groups of people to learn how to lead with empathy, inclusivity, and empowerment, whilst learning from different perspectives.
Circl delivers coaching and inclusive leadership skills to 'professionals', as equals, alongside talented 18-24-year-old ‘Future Leaders’ from low socio-economic and underrepresented backgrounds. The programme has been deliberately designed to create long-term behavioural change, create meaningful connections, and widen perspectives.
