EMSOL provides an innovative emissions management platform that tackles transport and site-based air and noise pollution in real time for effective reduction and attribution. Air pollution from greenhouse gas emissions not only harms the planet, but also shortens the lives of many people across Europe and the UK– accounting for 380,000 and 36,000 deaths respectively.

 

EMSOL gives customers the ability to track and identify pollution sources to facilitate reductions and enable effective emissions management. Over the past 2 years, EMSOL has received multiple awards and partnered with large brands and organisations such as the NHS, John Lewis and HS2.

"Our culture is about empowering team members to learn, push boundaries, be brave to take responsibility and make their own decision and for it to be okay if it hasn't worked out or gone as expected.

The key to our culture is mutual respect, open and shared communication, and taking the load and the direct responsibility to grow the business.

We want our people to feel empowered to take the decision and have direct responsibility for their work.  But also ensuring they are doing what they are good at and getting better at and are comfortable to ask for help and support on areas that need someone else to contribute to delivering the quality and standard of how we operate and evolve.
