Founded in 2017 as a response to the healthcare staffing crisis, Florence is on a mission to improve working conditions in the global health and social care sector.

​

We provide vital support with a cutting-edge app designed to make life easier for care professionals, plus simple scheduling tools for healthcare facilities. Supervisors can fill shifts with their own staff first, then use Florence to connect with trusted local healthcare workers.

​

Care professionals and managers can access essential training and boost accredited CPD hours via our training portal, Florence Academy. Meanwhile, newcomers can use our Pathway to Care course to begin their healthcare careers.
