Our company values reflect how we behave towards each other and our work:
 

  • Share straight talk. It’s much quicker, more productive, and healthier to be open and honest with each other. That means speaking up when something needs to be said, while being constructive and respectful. Clarity and trust are very important, and that applies from the top down. In fact, it can’t work any other way.
     

  • Take ownership. We have the autonomy to make decisions so we can hit our goals. When we see something that needs to be improved, we own it till it’s done and leave it better than we found it. 
     

  • Keep an open mind. When you’re working on growth, change is a constant and failure is success—we need it to learn. So we fail fast to learn fast.
     

  • Be willing to get stuck in. We play to our strengths but we don’t stick to rigid roles. That means being proactive, going the extra mile, and asking “What else can I do?”
     

  • Show empathy. There are so many different people in the world, all with their own stories, pain, joys, and perspectives—that goes for our members as well as our colleagues. Kindness and compassion go a long way.
     

  • Master your craft. Personal development is a big part of the culture—we’re always looking for ways to learn and improve.
