About the role:

​

OYNB Ltd, our innovative and growing company is searching for exceptional life coaches to join our team on our ever expanding 121 Alcohol Free coaching programme.

​

The 121 coaches guide clients through their 121 Alcohol Free coaching course, a series of modules that provide people with a better tool kit to change their relationship with alcohol. Following the modules clients often continue into personal coaching where they may coach on any topic to help them on the next stage of their journey.

​

More importantly, the alcohol free coaching course helps people step away from the conversation around alcohol, improve their relationship with themselves, make better decisions, and live the lifestyle they really want.

As a result we are looking for highly skilled, adaptable and dynamic coaches who can deliver transformation on a consistently high level.

​

Full training will be given on the modules and outside of the key learning points you will be able to coach and add value as you see fit.

What are we looking for from you to join us as a Coach:

​

• Qualified with recognised training authority to Diploma level or equivalent (350 hours of learning approx)

• Minimum of 200 hours coaching experience

• Additional accreditation a strong bonus

• Experienced and capable in converting consultation (Y) calls into sales - additional

• training provided if required or wanted

• Must have a passion and experience in lifestyle, wellness and mindset coaching. Any

• business coaching also a bonus but not essential as many of our members go into this too

• Have a solutions based approach

• Dynamic and highly skilled communicator

• Any experience in addiction coaching a bonus

• Must be able to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to OYNB
